Job Description: G3 Innovative Solutions is seeking a ECS Data Analyst to support quantitative analysis and visualization of operational and cybersecurity-related information for a federal law-enforcement customer. The analyst will organize large and varied datasets and present clear reports, charts, and dashboards for decision-makers and program stakeholders.
The role supports recurring and ad hoc requests through reliable data collection, organization, reporting, and documentation.
Duties and responsibilities:
Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 annually depending on experience and candidate qualifications

Duties and responsibilities:
- Analyze diverse datasets and prepare reports, summaries, charts, and supporting documentation.
- Collect and consolidate information from multiple sources to answer customer questions and emerging analytical needs.
- Create and maintain clear visualizations using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other appropriate reporting tools.
- Manage compilation, cataloging, caching, distribution, retrieval, and archiving of data assets.
- Support ad hoc analytical projects and develop actionable findings, proposals, and stakeholder deliverables.
- Accurately enter, validate, and maintain data in databases, documents, and spreadsheets for analysis and retention.
- Translate customer reporting requirements into understandable data products and maintain documentation of analytical methods.
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen and currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance.
- A minimum of five years of data analysis experience, including some user-focused design experience; customer-accepted industry certifications may substitute for a portion of experience.
- Hands-on skill with Microsoft Excel and reporting, charting, or dashboard tools such as Power BI.
- Experience collecting, organizing, validating, cataloging, and analyzing large or varied datasets.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and prepare accurate data products for stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and collaboration skills.
Desired:
- Certifications such as CompTIA Data+ or DataSys+, or Microsoft credentials involving Excel, Access, SQL, Power BI, or PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting federal IT or cybersecurity analytical reporting.
- Experience with quantitative reporting and data visualization for executive audiences.
