Job Description: G3 Innovative Solutions is currently seeking a is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer to support a DoD client.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including custom scripts, workflows, and integrations.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior developers and other team members. Review and enhance existing code and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Translate these requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Develop and manage complex business rules to automate processes and ensure system integrity.
- Build and maintain custom ServiceNow applications tailored to specific business needs, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and industry guidelines in all development activities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry trends. Recommend and implement innovative solutions to improve system functionality and user experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (or equivalent related field experience) and 5 or more years of overall experience in ServiceNow, development, including extensive hands-on experience with business rules, APIs, integrations, and custom applications.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), REST and SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow development tools.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist, or similar relevant certifications preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Office is located in Washington, DC but the team is fully remote.
