Job Description: G3 Innovative Solutions is seeking a PowerApp Developer to build, maintain, and enhance secure business intelligence solutions for an enterprise federal customer. The developer will turn complex data into accurate, accessible dashboards and reporting tools that support operational decisions and continuous improvement.

Job Description: G3 Innovative Solutions is seeking a PowerApp Developer to build, maintain, and enhance secure business intelligence solutions for an enterprise federal customer. The developer will turn complex data into accurate, accessible dashboards and reporting tools that support operational decisions and continuous improvement.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Conducts performance tuning of developed mappings to ensure that the data is extracted, transformed, and loaded in a reasonable amount of time based on requirements
- Works on multiple phases of the Development Life Cycle (requirements, design, development, testing and deployment) of BI platform.
- Collaborates with business stakeholders to define KPI's and reporting frameworks.
- Performs deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, insights, and business opportunities.
- Utilizes and updates existing Agile tool (JIRA) to report on task progress.
- Proficient in Data Modeling, Data Analytics Expressions (DAX), Data Source Connectivity, Power Query etc.
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen and currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance.
- Five or more years of relevant development, BI, or analytics experience is recommended; comparable certifications or prior work may demonstrate equivalent capability.
- Hands-on proficiency with Power BI, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and data source connectivity.
- Experience with ETL processes, performance tuning, KPI development, and enterprise reporting.
- Ability to work through multiple phases of the software development lifecycle and communicate technical findings to business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills.
Desired:
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and broader Microsoft Power Platform integrations.
- Experience using Jira for Agile development and delivery management.
- Experience improving reporting and data integrity in a large federal or regulated enterprise.
