Job Description: G3 Innovative Solutions is currently seeking a UC Voice Engineer. The UC Voice Engineer will support Cisco Unified Communication Manager (UCM) environments, including installation of software release, upgrades, patches, client endpoint configuration, and troubleshooting across classified and unclassified networks

Job Description: G3 Innovative Solutions is currently seeking a UC Voice Engineer. The UC Voice Engineer will support Cisco Unified Communication Manager (UCM) environments, including installation of software release, upgrades, patches, client endpoint configuration, and troubleshooting across classified and unclassified networks
Duties and responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco UCM software and hardware components.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, backups, and recovery operations.
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot UCM client endpoints.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity.
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of relevant UC engineering or systems administration experience.
- Expertise with Cisco Unified Communication Manager (UCM).
- Comprehensive knowledge across multiple complex work assignments.
- Experience with Cisco Unified Call Manager.
- Must comply with DoD 8140 and Defense Cyber Workforce (DCWF) requirements prior to assuming duties.
Location: Tyndall AFB
